To ensure a smooth process, please keep your original box and padding to facilitate a safe return journey to our regional fulfillment center.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the official Help Center with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the authorization process.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for our EU warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior, and ship the package using a courier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned product to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
